We work as principal contractor on complete building services packages, and as a specialist sub-contractor where another firm holds the main contract. Either way the same in-house teams design, install, commission and maintain the work.
We take the whole package: design, procurement, programme, site supervision, testing and handover documentation. One point of responsibility from survey to O&M file.
We slot into an existing fit-out or refurbishment team, work to the main contractor’s programme and reporting, and keep our labour flexible as the sequence moves.

BAFE-registered fire alarm work covering design, installation, commissioning and planned maintenance of addressable and conventional systems.

Lighting schemes designed in-house — calculated, visualised and costed — then installed by the same team that drew them.

Periodic inspection and planned maintenance that keeps a building certificated, with findings reported in plain terms and remedials priced before they become failures.
