Emergency Lighting
Emergency lighting designed to BS 5266, installed, commissioned and placed under a testing regime that keeps the building compliant.
Escape routes, open areas, high-risk task areas and external final exits each need a different treatment. We model the layout, select self-contained or central-battery luminaires to suit the building, and prove the levels on completion rather than assuming them.
Duration testing, monthly function checks and annual full-discharge tests can be carried out as part of a maintenance agreement, with results recorded against each luminaire so remedial work is targeted rather than guessed at.
