Electrical Installation
Complete installation work to BS 7671, delivered either as principal contractor or as a specialist sub-contractor working inside a wider fit-out programme.
Our installation teams cover the whole route of a building services package: incoming supply and switchgear, sub-mains distribution, containment, small power, lighting circuits and final fix. Work is planned around the main programme so that first fix follows the structure and second fix follows the finishes, without a trade waiting on us.
Every installation is tested, certified and handed over with the documentation the building owner needs for its O&M file. Where a site is live — a theatre, a hospital wing, a trading retail floor — we phase the work around occupancy and out-of-hours access.
