Lighting schemes designed in-house — calculated, visualised and costed — then installed by the same team that drew them.
Our design office produces lighting layouts, illuminance calculations and controls strategies, and can present them as 3D visuals so a client sees the scheme before a single fitting is ordered. That removes most of the argument that usually happens at second fix.
On existing buildings we survey what is there, model the saving a like-for-like LED replacement delivers, and phase the changeover around occupancy — often zone by zone, overnight, with the space open the next morning.
