Periodic inspection and planned maintenance that keeps a building certificated, with findings reported in plain terms and remedials priced before they become failures.
Fixed wire testing, portable appliance testing, emergency lighting duration tests and fire alarm servicing can be run as separate visits or bundled into one planned regime for a property or portfolio, scheduled around how the building trades.
Reports identify what must be fixed, what should be watched and what is simply noted — and because we hold the installation capability in-house, remedial work can be carried out by the same team rather than passed to a third party.
